All items being returned must have a RMA (Return Material Authorization). To obtain a RMA it is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, email address and order number.
- An OSD representative will contact via email within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) with the RMA and any further instructions.
- Return the item by placing the RMA number on the outside of the box. For defective items a prepaid label will be provide via email. If you are returning an item for refund please use a a carrier that provides a tracking number in case verification of delivery is needed.
