Returns/Exchange Procedures & Conditions

 

 

Ink & Toner Cartridges

 

 

In order for us to process your return/exchange effectively, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. To request a RMA, simply contact our Customer Care Center by contacting us using our contact us form.

 

 

Returning New or Non-defective Items

OSD accepts returns on new and non-defective items for up to 6 months from date of purchase. All returns must be 100% resalable condition.

 

A 20% restocking fee applies to incorrectly ordered item(s) and returns past 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

The customer is responsible for shipping all items back to OSD, once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been provided.

 

Returning Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items

Exchanges will be made for items up to six months for Remanufactured and Compatible items. If you are in a hurry for your replacement, we recommend placing a separate order online or by telephone, and we will refund your credit card once the defective item(s) have been received by OSD.

 

OSD provides free return shipping for all defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. All shipping labels will be sent by regular mail.

 

 

PRINTHEADS, MAINTENANCE KITS/FUSERS

 
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or credits will be issued unless approved by management within 14 days after ordered.  No refunds on any opened items.  A 25% restocking fee applies to incorrectly ordered item(s). The customer is responsible for shipping all items back to OSD.

 

**When ordering a printhead & ink combo pack all items must be unused and complete to issue a RMA.  No partial returns.**

**All Epson printheads cannot be returned due to they are a special order item**
